we get most often
When and how do I pay?
We usually ask for a deposit at the time of booking and the balance closer to arrival. We accept bank transfer and other methods to be agreed upon. Contact us for specific details.
Are prices all-inclusive?
Yes, listed prices include everything: cleaning, bed and bath linen, and all utilities (electricity, water, gas). No hidden costs or final supplements.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in all three properties, provided you let us know at the time of booking. Contact us to inform us of the size and type of animal.
How do I get to Favignana?
The island is reached by ferry or hydrofoil from Trapani (about 30–70 minutes). In summer there are also connections from Marsala and other parts of Sicily. Once on the island, the properties are accessible by car, scooter or bike: we'll help you organise everything.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. For special requirements, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book for less than a week?
In low season (October–May) shorter stays are possible. In high season we prefer full weeks, but feel free to write to us anyway and we'll see what we can work out.
