Positioned in an elevated location, it offers a spectacular view of the enchanting sunset over the island of Marettimo and the majestic mountain of Santa Caterina with its castle: a horizon our guests describe as comparable to the Caribbean islands.
On two floors, fresh and bright, the house extends over 80 sqm entirely at your disposal. A large outdoor patio with sun loungers awaits you to enjoy the sun and sea breeze in complete tranquility.
By booking you will have the entire house exclusively at your disposal. No neighbours, no sharing — just you and the turquoise sea of Favignana.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
What does all inclusive cover?
Cleaning, bed and bath linen and utilities are included in the price, which covers the entire house regardless of the number of guests. No hidden costs.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
How many guests can it accommodate?
Up to 7 guests. Two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds convertible into a double, and two full bathrooms comfortably sleep 6; on prior request, to be arranged when booking, we can add an extra bed for a seventh guest.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Is the house suitable for children?
Yes, the house is kids friendly: you will find children's games to keep the little ones entertained.
Where is the house located?
A 5-minute drive from the centre of Favignana, in an elevated, peaceful position with panoramic views over the sea and Marettimo.
